Hi

My name is Michal and I am writing to ask for morning BJJ classes in your academy. We (my and 3 of my friends, maybe more with time) are training MMA (friends are ex Judo and Traditional Ju Jitsu, I am as beginner - trained Judo many years ago) with Judo black belt ATM. We are looking however for BJJ trainings in the morning (we all work in afternoons 2pm to 11pm) twice a week (10am will be the best). Is it possible to organize something like that from January, maybe in the form of private lessons? What would be a cost? We are ready to set standing orders and looking for it in long terms (we want to achieve belts so we are not going to treat it as temporary lessons only).

Thanks for help.

Regards

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for the enquiry. Feel free to drop in to any of the classes on offer as they all accommodate beginners. We don't have any evening boxing classes at the moment but am sure you'll enjoy the MMA classes. They are generally broken down into 3 sections. The first 20-30 mins starts with a warm up and then is technique based where you will drill some stand up skills with a partner, often using focus mits. The second 20 mins tends to be sparring, where you will get to practice any skills learnt in a competitive environment. The last 10-20 mins will see you working against the cage wall or on ground skills relevant to MMA.

If you have any further questions then please drop me an e-mail.

Regards

Ian
