Ninjutsu

Also known as Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu, Ninjutsu is a traditional martial art with modern day application.  Covering a variety of skills from unarmed combat, which includes striking, locking and throwing, to unique Japanese weapons systems.

Ninjutsu classes are run by

Fighting Fit Martial Arts Centre

All classes are informal but practical and are suitable for anyone wishing to study martial arts, regardless of past experience.

Ninja Kids

Takes younger students through all the basics of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu and encourages self awareness, confidence and respect for themselves and for others.

Classes are taught by Fighting Fit instructors with enhanced CRB checks

The Lab

 

 


The focus of The Lab is to develop a strong understanding of the key principles and fundamental techniques of taijutsu. Through progressive resistance drills and full contact sparring participants will be able to develop practical fighting skills.
Students will be encouraged to use critical thinking skills and provide input in classes.

All are welcome, however, it should be noted that the class is full contact and will be very physically demanding.

Anyone wishing to attend will need a groin guard and mouth guard.

The Lab is run by Martyn Cahill, Shadow Warrior blackbelt
and
SBGi brown belt.

CrossFit

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many champion martial artists, police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Classes are 1 hour in duration and include a warm up, focus on a key exercise and a workout of the day.

Circuit Training

Circuit training involves a number of 'stations' that are visited in rapid succession.

Each station will involve either resitance exercise or body weight exercises and will push your aerobic capabilites and strength to their limits.

Fitness and Conditioning

Fitness conditioning classes will vary in format to cover a range of fitness aspects, strength, power, endurance, agility, flexibility, co-ordination, and balance.  Ideal if you want to lose weight, tone up, become stronger and more powerful, or just stay in shape.

You will learn new fitness skills and how they benefit you using the variety of equipment available in the gym.
