The
focus of The Lab is to
develop a strong understanding
of the key principles
and fundamental techniques
of taijutsu. Through progressive
resistance drills and full
contact sparring participants will be able to develop
practical fighting skills.
Anyone wishing to attend will need a groin guard and mouth guard. The

![]() CrossFit CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many champion martial artists, police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Classes
are 1 hour in duration and include a warm up, focus on a key exercise
and a workout of the day. |
