Keith started his martial arts training over 20 years ago in shotokan karate. In 2005, Keith joined Shadow Warrior Bujinkan Manchester and has since attended numerous seminars with Shadow Warrior founders Brin and Natascha Morgan. Keith has also trained directly under Soke Hatsumi Masaaki and Shihan Toshiro Nagato in Japan and currently hold the grade of 1st kyu.
