Boxing

Boxing classes are one of the most effective methods to lose weight, tone muscles, and build strength. Our boxing classes are taught by Hatton Elite Level Instructor, Adam Taylor. 

BEGINNERS - Hatton Fight Camp Classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5.30pm - 6.30pm

For beginners wanting to learn basic boxing skills and get super fit whilst doing it. 

This is real boxing combined with real fitness!

Hatton ABC classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6.30pm - 7.30pm are for more experienced level boxers and those interested in competing. You will learn more advanced techniques and focus on technical and intense drills.

Part of these sessions will incorporate sparring and you will be invited to participate at the discretion of the instructor.  

Lunchtime Boxing Tuesday, Thursday 12pm - 1pm classes are more appropriate for people with some boxing experience and will look at more advanced technique, strategy, drills and sparring.
